Delivery

We only despatch orders to the UK, Eire and Europe, we do not supply to outside these areas at present.

All orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receiving the initial order, in fact we do our best to send all goods if received before 3pm on that very day (Monday to Friday). Please note that orders can take up to 28 days to arrive depending upon stock and replenishment delays, however if any delay is likely we will inform you.

All deliveries are sent by either first or second class post with proof of posting, with larger orders being sent by recorded delivery or via Parcelforce.

If we are unable to fulfill your order we will email you once the goods have been despatched to the address as specified on the order. Any items on back order will be sent just as soon as we receive them, again we will keep you informed. We reserve the right to supply substitutes of an equal value or higher for goods that will be out of stock for an unreasonable length of time.
