Here is your opportunity to have Catherine Wass, World Ladies Powerlifting
Champion, as your personal trainer. Catherine has been one of the leading personal
trainers in the UK for fifteen years and counts among her customers TV personalities,
Professional sportsmen and members of three successive British Olympic teams. Whatever
your goals, Catherine will guide you through the training necessary to achieve them.
Catherine will interview you by telephone or email before you start, to check through
your suitability to exercise and so that you can agree on a set of short, medium and long
term goals.
She will then design a program for you to follow for each of your workout sessions. She
will instruct you as to how to perform the exercises not only correctly, but above all
effectively, so that you will have the best workout that you have experienced
Your feedback from each workout session forms the basis of the next one and in this way
you will progress rapidly towards your goals.
She will also be available to answer all of your exercise and nutrition questions
throughout your time with her.
Whether your goals are sports performance, injury or illness rehabilitation, body
composition or fitness testing for entry into fire, police or armed services, Catherine
